Hotel de YAMA　 Hotel de Yama is an authentic classical hotel, which enjoys an ideal location on the lakeside of Ashi in Hakone. The premises used to be the country house of Baron Iwasaki, and the appearance of the hotel with its dark red roof and white walls has the atmosphere of an old European chateau. The extensive garden of 36 acres (148,500 square meters) offers glorious views of both of Lake Ashi and Mount Fuji, and in the lush seasons, three-thousand azaleas bloom revealing a splendid harmony of colors.

Japanese cuisine "Tsutsuji no chaya- Tea hut of Azaleas"

Our Japanese restaurant "Tsutsuji no Chaya" is named after the personal tea hut constructed in the Baron Iwasaki's country house. Traditional "Kaiseki" dishes are served to bring out the genuine flavors of ingredients. The beauty of four seasons in Japan can be found in each dish as well as in the graceful environment of the restaurant.

The Grand banquet hall "ASHIBE" of 3,305 square feet (307 square meters) can be divided into three smaller rooms. The Middle size banquet hall "MYOJO" of 2,131 square feet (198 square meters) can also be divided into three smaller rooms. The Conference room is 1,937 square feet (180 square meters).

・15 minutes walk from Moto Hakone bus stop on the Hakone Tozan Bus line for Hakone-machi, which leaves either Odawara or Hakone Yumoto station. Hakone Yumoto station on the Odakyu line is 85 minutes from Odakyu Shinjuku station by "Romance Car" express train.
・30 minutes by car from Odawara station of JR line. 20 minutes by car from Hakone Yumoto station on the Odakyu line. 40 minutes by car from Gotemba Interchange of Tomei Expressway.
